The 2014 Sochi Olympics have been dubbed the first real "social Olympics."
It seems this year every country, team, organisation and news outlet has dedicated media channels for communicating with the public. This comes in a range of forms from dedicated apps to social networking accounts.
If you still haven't found just the right platform for you hopefully our list will give you a few new options.
A quick fix for Olympics related news is the @Olympics Twitter feed. They have some great posts with lovely imagery.

The BBC has dedicated a lot of resource into both broadcasting events and maintaining their website so that's definitely worth checking out for live video coverage of the events.
The Olympics also has a dedicated YouTube channel where you can find videos including 'behind-the-scenes' style content such as 'Making The Medals'.
You can also find a range of mobile apps for different platforms like the Sochi 2014 Results app for Android or the iPhone.
